  • Simple 3D CAD modeling
  • CAD file modification
  • CAD preparation from customer-provided drawings, sketches, images, dimensions, and existing files

SYNCCAD does not manufacture physical products.

2. Service Scope

Each CAD request is reviewed based on the information and references provided by the customer.Requests that materially change the original scope may require additional review, a revised scope, or a separate quotation.

The confirmed scope may specify:

  • The source or reference files
  • The requested CAD work
  • Required modifications
  • Dimensions and units
  • Output format
  • Deliverables
  • Price
  • Expected delivery time
  • Other requirements relevant to the request

SYNCCAD is responsible only for the work included in the confirmed scope.

3. Simple CAD Jobs

SYNCCAD offers eligible Simple CAD Jobs at $48.

The $48 price applies only to requests that meet the Simple CAD Job scope.

A request may require a custom quote if it involves significant complexity, extensive revisions, unclear requirements, complex geometry, or other work outside the Simple CAD Job scope.

The $48 price should not be assumed to apply until the request has been reviewed and confirmed.

4. Customer-Provided Information

The customer is responsible for providing accurate and sufficient information for the requested CAD work.

Depending on the request, this may include:

  • CAD files
  • Drawings
  • Sketches
  • Images
  • Dimensions
  • Units
  • Revision instructions
  • Reference geometry
  • Required output format
  • Other information necessary to define the requested result

The customer should ensure that submitted files and information are accurate and that they have the right to provide them to SYNCCAD for the requested service.

5. Scope Review and Clarification

SYNCCAD may review the submitted information before confirming a request.

If important information is missing, inconsistent, or unclear, SYNCCAD may request clarification before production begins.

Production is not considered ready to start until the required information and references are complete.

SYNCCAD does not have to make assumptions about unclear dimensions, conflicting references, or unspecified design requirements.

6. Payment

For eligible Simple CAD Jobs, the price is $48.

Payment is required before production begins.

The production period does not begin simply because a request has been submitted.

Production begins after:

Payment has been received + all required references and information are complete.

7. Delivery

For eligible Simple CAD Jobs, the target delivery time is 48 hours.

The 48-hour period begins after payment has been received and all required references and information are complete.

Delivery timing may be affected if:

  • Required information is missing
  • The customer provides additional requirements after confirmation
  • The scope changes
  • Clarification is required
  • The submitted references contain conflicting information
  • Other circumstances prevent the confirmed work from proceeding

The applicable delivery commitment is based on the confirmed scope.

8. Deliverables

SYNCCAD will provide the agreed CAD deliverables specified in the confirmed scope.

The output format should be identified during the request and confirmed before production where applicable.

Customers should review delivered files and confirm that they meet their intended requirements before using them for manufacturing, fabrication, assembly, or other production purposes.

9. Revisions and Scope Changes

A revision request should clearly identify:

  • The file being revised
  • The required change
  • Relevant dimensions
  • The desired result
  • Any supporting reference

Additional or substantially different work may fall outside the original confirmed scope.

In such cases, SYNCCAD may review the request separately before proceeding.
