01 — Project Overview
Prepare Mechanical Part Geometry
Mechanical components often need clear digital geometry for design communication, documentation, or further manufacturing preparation.
SYNCCAD helps prepare simple mechanical part CAD models based on supplied sketches, technical drawings, dimensions, images, or existing CAD files.

The result depends on the available references and the agreed project scope.
02 — Use Cases
Brackets and Mounting Components
Prepare simple bracket or mounting part geometry when the dimensions and required features are clearly defined.
DiscoverSpacers and Plates
Create basic models of plates, spacers, and similar components using supplied measurements.
DiscoverSimple Housings and Covers
Prepare basic part geometry for simple covers or housings when the shape and dimensions are sufficiently specified.
DiscoverExisting Part Modifications
Make clearly defined changes to an existing model, such as adjusting dimensions or modifying specified features.
DiscoverComplex assemblies, intricate mechanisms, and projects requiring engineering analysis may fall outside the Simple CAD Job scope.
03 — What We Prepare
Basic 3D Part Models
Create simple solid geometry from the supplied references and dimensions.
DiscoverDefined Features
Prepare specified holes, cutouts, slots, profiles, and other basic features when included in the approved scope.
DiscoverAgreed CAD Output
Prepare the final deliverable in a supported CAD format confirmed during scope review.
DiscoverSYNCCAD provides CAD file preparation, not engineering certification, structural analysis, or validation of mechanical performance.
04 — Required References
What to Send
Please provide as many of the following as available:
A sketch, technical drawing, or reference image
Overall dimensions and critical measurements
Hole locations, diameters, thicknesses, and other important features
Additional views or section details where needed
An existing CAD file if the part is being modified
Your preferred output format, if known
Define Critical Details
Mechanical parts can depend on dimensions and feature relationships that are not obvious from a single image.
Identify critical measurements and required changes clearly. If important details are missing, we may request clarification before confirming the scope.
Do not assume that unspecified tolerances, fits, materials, or engineering requirements will be inferred.
05 — How It Works
What's new ? Explore
Step 1 — Submit Your References
Send your sketches, drawings, dimensions, images, or existing CAD files with a brief description of the required task.
Step 2 — Scope Review
We assess the part geometry, available information, requested changes, and output requirements to determine whether the task qualifies for the $48 Simple CAD Job service.
Step 3 — Approve and Pay
Once the scope and deliverables are agreed, pay $48 upfront for an eligible Simple CAD Job. More complex requests may require a custom quote.
Step 4 — CAD Preparation
Production begins after payment has been received and all required references and information are complete.
Step 5 — Final File Delivery
Your agreed final CAD files are delivered within 48 hours from the confirmed start point.
06 — Deliverables & Scope
What You Receive
Depending on the approved scope, deliverables may include a simple 3D mechanical part model or a clearly defined modification to an existing CAD file.
The exact deliverables and supported output format are confirmed before payment.
Simple CAD Job Pricing
Eligible, clearly defined mechanical CAD tasks may qualify for the fixed $48 price.
Complex parts, assemblies, extensive feature modeling, or tasks requiring specialist engineering input may need a custom quote.
Important Limitations
SYNCCAD prepares digital geometry based on customer-provided references. We do not certify structural strength, mechanical performance, safety, or manufacturing suitability.
Customers should confirm critical dimensions, tolerances, materials, fits, and manufacturing requirements with their chosen manufacturer or qualified specialist.
Any revision allowance must be agreed before payment. Changes beyond the approved scope may require a separate quote.
07 — FAQs
Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, if the references and dimensions provide enough information for a clearly defined task. We may request additional details before confirming the scope.
Yes, for clearly defined changes that fit our supported scope. Please provide the existing file, reference dimensions, and a description of the requested modifications.
No. The fixed $48 price applies only to eligible Simple CAD Jobs. Scope is reviewed before payment, and more complex tasks may require a custom quote.
The 48-hour period begins after payment has been received and all required references and information are complete.
The available output depends on the task and supported formats. We confirm the required format during scope review.
Not necessarily. The model is prepared according to the agreed requirements but is not engineering-certified. Your chosen manufacturer or qualified specialist should verify its suitability for the intended application.
Assemblies and complex engineering work may fall outside the Simple CAD Job scope. Send the requirements for review and a custom quote.
