Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using SyncCAD's website at synccad.com or commissioning any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

SyncCAD provides professional CAD drafting, 3D modeling, 3D rendering, sheet metal design, reverse engineering, 3D printing, and laser cutting services. The scope of each project is agreed upon between client and SyncCAD before work commences.

• All project scopes, deadlines, and deliverables are confirmed in writing (email or Freelancer.com message) before work begins.
• Revisions are included as specified in each project agreement. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
• Delivery is made in the file formats agreed upon at the start of the project.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms depend on the platform or method used:

• Freelancer.com — payment is handled via Freelancer's milestone system. Funds are released upon client approval.
• Direct payment — invoices are due within the timeframe stated on the invoice. Accepted methods: BCA, Mandiri, QRIS, GoPay, OVO, Dana.
• SyncCAD reserves the right to pause or cancel work on overdue invoices.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of all deliverable files produced for their project. SyncCAD retains the right to:

• Display completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing before project commencement.
• Retain copies of work for internal records.

Any design concepts, tools, templates, or processes developed by SyncCAD remain the intellectual property of SyncCAD.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful project delivery, the client agrees to:

• Provide clear, complete, and accurate project briefs and reference materials.
• Respond to questions and review requests within a reasonable timeframe.
• Ensure they have the right to share any reference materials or existing designs provided to SyncCAD.

6. Confidentiality

SyncCAD treats all client information, project files, and technical specifications as strictly confidential. We do not share your project details with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Turnaround & Delivery

Our average turnaround is 48 hours for standard projects. Complex projects may take longer and a timeline will be agreed upon before work begins. SyncCAD is not liable for delays caused by incomplete or late client feedback.

8. Limitation of Liability

SyncCAD's liability is limited to the value of the project fee paid. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our deliverables. Clients are responsible for verifying that all designs meet their specific engineering, manufacturing, and regulatory requirements before production.

9. Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellations before work begins: full refund.
• Cancellations after work has started: partial refund based on work completed.
• Cancellations after delivery: no refund, but we will work to resolve any issues.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will post the updated terms on this page with a revised effective date.
