SYNCCAD sells downloadable digital products. Because digital files can be delivered immediately after purchase, digital products are generally not eligible for returns or refunds after delivery.

File Problems

If a purchased file is:

  • Corrupted

  • Missing

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a corrected file or replacement download.

Duplicate Purchases

Physical Products
