This Digital Product License applies to digital files purchased or downloaded from SYNCCAD.
Digital products may include:
DXF files
SVG files
STL files
3D printable files
CAD templates
CNC files
Laser cutting files
Furniture plans
DIY plans
Engineering templates
PDF guides
Other downloadable design files
What You Can Do
Unless the product listing says otherwise, you may:
Download the purchased files
Use the files for personal projects
Modify the files for your own use
Manufacture physical products from the files
Use physical products made from the files commercially, subject to the product's specific license
What You Cannot Do
You may not:
Resell the original digital files
Share the files publicly
Upload the files to another marketplace
Give the files to other people
Claim SYNCCAD designs as your own
Create a competing digital product from the original files and redistribute it
Include SYNCCAD files in another downloadable bundle
Commercial Use
Commercial use depends on the license included with each product.
If commercial use is allowed, the permission generally applies to physical products made from the purchased file, not resale of the original digital file.
License Is Not Ownership
Purchasing a digital product gives you a license to use the file. It does not transfer copyright or ownership of the original design to you.
License Termination
SYNCCAD may terminate a license if the digital product is intentionally redistributed, resold, or used in violation of these terms.
